Shalom Health Affiliate Program Agreement

 

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Shalom Health affiliate program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, Shalom Health refers to the product owner and publisher.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.

Unlike most affiliate programs, Shalom Health Services allows affiliates to earn 10% of every product your client’s purchases. As our system calculates your account earnings, we allow 60 day payouts to protect you from chargebacks.

Shalom Health Services pays affiliates via a PayPal account, provided to us when a member joins. If the PayPal email changes, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to notify the Affiliate Program to ensure proper commission payments.

Affiliate must also be a member of Shalom Health Tutorials in order to qualify for Affiliate program

Affiliate must have active PayPal account in order to receive commission.

Customers who purchase products and services through the Shalom Health Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Shalom Health Services. Accordingly, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. Shalom Health Services policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.

Why we allow 60 days payout?

With the number of Affiliates we expect onboard, we need extra time to screen for fraud before we are able to make payouts. This fraud screening helps us protect you from chargebacks.

Your Referral Number will be given after your application has been approved.

There is a $15 Non-Refundable application fee.

The Shalom Health affiliate program administered in part through our own internal affiliate system.

BY EMAILING YOUR APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.
